Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for our industrial products, including air filters, compressor parts, synthetic oils, and related equipment. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For items shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no justification needed. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
